e-learning

A. W. points to discuss:
  1. business connectivity
  2. information processing
  3. video link (Vimeo)
  4. negotiation with indigenous groups
  5. negotiation with rural groups
  6. rights to sell the IP
  7. legal conditions and limitations
Issues we faced in the project:
  1. hardware: server issues with database
  2. software: server limitations with PHP 5.3.2
  3. material: data is not compiled well, direct strategy (sales) is advisable
  4. know-how: negotiation with key group in GoldCoast (due lack of experience in this matter) can be jeopardise if the negotiation takes a "too technical" approache.
  5. barriers: technicalities can rundown the e-learning effort

Alternatives to find solutions:
  1. diversify opportunities: organise sale-hubs from California
  2. engage pre-set sales spots: with active groups with expertise in the area
  3. boost promotion: from "social enterprise" hubs and local radios
  4. include other players: like farmers and other rural organisations to improve market presence by creating a "social product" from this project
  5. network at a higher pace: add genetic algorithms to enhance trust and "fair trade" feelings and results.
 Stages for the above alternatives:
  1. negotiate in California (13-nov-2013)
  2. re-addapt software to server capabilities (20-Nov-2013)
  3. enginneer simulation patterns with the farmers support network at LFT (20-Nov-2013)
  4. invite aboriginal elders (20-Nov-2013)
  5. first beta test (26-Nov-2013)
  6. closing (28-Nov-2013)
  7. last evaluation and delivery of project (5-Dec-2013)
