Please study this The Victorian Charter of Human Rights and
Responsibilities Acts 2006  below in COLOUR very carefully, especially
clause 10 regarding torture, which these accursed so-called but far
from Smart Microwave so-called Smart Meters are causing to many
Victorian People.  Don't tell me that many people in Victoria who have
these dopey and deadly Microwave so-called Smart Meters aren't
suffering already, they are.

I get up to twenty ( 20 )  people pleading for my help over the phone
per week.  I also suffer from Electro hypersensitivity to the
Microwave Rays from the dopey so-called but now proving to be Idiotic
Type 2B Carcinogen Causing so-called but far from Smart Meters.
The Roll-Out of these also Type 2B Microwave Carcinogen Causing Meters
in Britain, has been stopped dead in its Tracks right now, and so it
needs to be stopped dead in its tracks here in Victoria. All of the
Dopey and Deadly so-called Smart Meters need to be ripped out and
replaced with the Safe and Passive Analog Electric Meters people had
before this Corrupt Liberal Victorian Government just like the last
Corrupt Labour Government Stole the Safe and Passive Analog Electric
Meters.  All of the forthcoming expense of replacing the Safe and
Passive Analog Meters needs to be paid for by these five Criminal and
Money Hungry foreign owned Power Companies.
Those of the past Victorian Labour Party Government and those of the
now incumbent Victorian Liberal Party Government found to be guilty of
these recently past and still ongoing crimes need to be flung into
Prison for fifty years ( 50 ) with no remission for good behaviour.
Those of you who will be the cause of soon to be massive cancers
through this Evil and Insane Technology are a disgrace to the Human
Race and that includes your Boss Mr Mark Feather who I tore strips off
the other day, leaving him very upset indeed.  He like you will have
to go before the High Court to be duly tried, so don't think for a
moment that both he and you will escape the Long Arm of the Law
through the dopey Order in Council brought in by the past equally
corrupt Victorian Brumby Labor Government, which has no power in Law
to protect those riddled with corruption, who hide behind this Illegal
Order in Council, which is not the Law, as if it were Women's Skirts
many of you continue to cowardly hide behind.
My Electric Meter Box is Locked and stays locked till the Meter Reader
Man Calls. Then and only then do I unlock it for him to read my meter,
then I re-padlock it.  Get used to it, this is WAR !
