Developing among Aboriginal Businesses

We have invited Mrs. Anne Weir  (hereinafter referred to as "the business") to explore a possible business opportunity with Norman and Madonna J. (the "digital Business Angels" d-BA's http://lftaustralia.com/au/business-angels/) using the business products/services from http://www.anneweir.com.au/

Our offer costs and benefits:

1. To the business: allow our angels to boost your products by adding a d-BA plan for $12,000 to pay for "analysis, market networks, software, hardware and negotiations' tips". Service costs of $2,300 (pay from future earnings or installments, NO contract)
2. To d-BA's: get a 20% from business payments and 3% from business deals. Service costs of $980 (full fee)
3. To LFT-Australia: manage the infrastructure and 5% from projects sold. LFT will carry the $12,000 cost to pay for the program and reduce the risk in the participating business and the d-BA's that are sponsoring the project.

What LFT will do for the business and the d-BA's:

1. Creation of legal documents (3 days)
2. Cooperation agreement with the Aboriginal Corporation, community groups and local businesses (5 days)
3. Design of strategic alliance coordinates (2 weeks)
4. Set up of market entry opportunities (4 weeks)
5. Coordination of activities for 2 months (once per week)

 Goals:

1. Explore business opportunities to sell the products of the business in rural networks
2. Train aboriginal women to deliver the products from the business in their communities
3. Set up alliances with other Aboriginal Corporations in Western Australia and Central Queensland.
4. Apply for funds from Aboriginal related programs including Job Networks
