How to set up a "shared economy" system with LFT

Is requires 5 stages:
1- buyer/s
2- sharing process
3- rights and responsibilities
4- exit strategies
5- Evolution/s

Example: the ownership of a Toyota Camry station wagon 2001
Costs: $4,500

Alternatives to the acquisition:
A) Public transport ($14 /day, food $10, extras 45) = $145 /w ; $6960 /year
B) Shared ownership: 3 people with $1,500 each
C) Acquired from traditional car yards: $5,000 plus 12% per year = $7,200 approx

Shared ownership:
- the buyer can buy but has no space
- the sharing members cannot afford the $4,500
- a negotiation of rights and responsibilities is conducted using the
SEDP (sustainable economic development program) from LFT
- members only pay $150 each to get that ready (installments and
BRISLETS friendly).

note: LFT users are members of systems like http://brislets.com/
