As simple as understanding that “good food is equal to good health”, then “bad quality food is equal to bad quality life/health”. LFT, as a zen o fair trading brings the attention to the minimal factors to any situation, starting from the basic general points. From the above example, even if you have a great job and plenty of cash, bad food will result in a low quality life.
