Meritocracy in LFT- Australia

LFT- Australia is a social network for sharing information in an orderly manner for economic and social development based on merit and results. Development programs (if they lack participation , cooperation and monitoring) becomes a plan to add makeup to our problems which we see portrayed every day on the news till you drop!

LFT implements an approach based on " meritocracy " and results , where anarchy and / or opportunism that prostitutes and infects democracies are not possible. The same algorithm shows who is who and divides the chatter-box and the results-maker.

We have achieved just that in Australia . A model of micro - agricultural development and has worked incredibly putting appart those who only speak and those that have demonstrated its efficiency with performance.

's Best brains of a country, the more competent citizens , need to lead the nation The question is : How to select the smartest and most capable people from the population The answer is : through site ... " no! Through RESULTS ( says LFT) . However we are not interested in changing the form of a state policy or politics , but to make our members active cells in socio- economic development  based on their merit - critical processes .

LFT creates the space for these future leaders demonstrate their full capacity in an environment that promotes participation , investment , volunteering, cooperation and monitoring.
