Further to our conversation this afternoon. I am the same as family to a man from NIUE who lives in New Zealand. He wants me to bring up ideas for the development of the Niue Island who is self governed. He is prepared to give me an acre of ground to build a place to live or a house of any description. I could have the use of a further 50 or 60acres at no charge. This offer would extend to you at my request. Also available to any other persons approved by me. A suggestion would be to promote Tourism. This would be an excellent opportunity to achieve a profitable outcome. One suggestion would be to provide canoes(made by locals) trips and/or glass bottom boats to go out on the reef. The water is cystral clear and you can see the bottom because the ocean floor has no sand and has broken down coral and pumus. You can look up information about Niue on the internet. The other project I would like to buy and move a house to another block. It is a brick house (27,500). It will cost approx 40,000 to relocate. Please give me a call if you require further details. Remember New Zealand is 3 hours ahead of QLD time. It would be good if you could arrive sometime around Friday 14 October 16.
