Cattle Mustering Project

Aimed to: rural Australia, boost local economies and promote employment

Manage cattle, linking people with excellent cattle handling skills and trainees,

Help with managing the breeding program and work towards making the business profitable.

Capability:
Staff with s trong communication skills and self-motivation staff with a variety of skills, talents and aspirations, and a strong work ethic to join the program.


Payment:
Remuneration will match the level of skill and experience demonstrated and in accordance with the company's Certified Agreement.

The project coordinator organises the right staff and resources includding:
    Experienced with mustering and processing large mobs of cattle
    Extensive animal husbandry knowledge and skills
    Competency on horseback ridding -could be includded-
    Ability to work with others and enjoy working in a small proactive teams
    Commitment to safety and quality outcomes
    Professional and proactive approach
    Excellent communication skills

Some upgrades on the cattle management services:
- Online programs for controlled muster,
- Systems for cattle weigh,
- Monitor,
- draft and
- hold cattle run on large-scale from small to extensive operations for market over large/medium distances,
