THERE’s allegedly a fundamental flaw in Rick Otton’s book, “How to Buy a House for $1”.

You can’t.



The real estate investment spruiker is being accused of misleading or deceptive conduct by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission in Federal Court action filed this week.



Its
statement of claim says 2000 people around the country paid $3000 to
participate in Otton’s boot camps held in Sydney, Newcastle, Townsville,
Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Melbourne and Geelong. Some
forked out $17,000 for mentoring.
